Terms of Service
- Binding registration and payment: Registration for the virtual workshops is binding and is confirmed by paying the participation fee per person in advance. Timely payment guarantees a place in the workshop. A confirmation of registration and invoice will be sent by e-mail.
- Technical requirements: Participation requires a stable internet connection and a suitable device (computer, tablet, or smartphone). Participants are responsible for ensuring that their technical devices and internet connections meet the requirements.
- Copyright protection: The content of the workshops is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without prior written permission. All materials provided are for personal use only. Recording of the workshops by participants is not permitted.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to the organizer. Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the workshop will incur a processing fee of 50% of the participation fee. Cancellations within 14 days before the start of the workshop are non-refundable.
- Termination and postponement: The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop if the number of participants is too low or for other compelling reasons. In such cases, the participation fee already paid will be refunded or can be rebooked for another date.
- Disclaimer: Participation is at the participant's own risk. The organizer is not liable for any damage caused by participation in the workshops.
- Data privacy: The organizer commits to treating participants' personal data confidentially and using it only for the execution of the workshops.
- Changes to participation conditions: The organizer reserves the right to change or update these participation conditions at any time.
- Liability for external links: The organizer is not liable for the content of external links or for damages that may arise from the use of these external links.
Special conditions for online course - Negotiation Masterclass online
- License to use the online course: By streaming the online course “Negotiation Masterclass online”, the participant is granted a non-transferable license limited to personal, non-commercial use. The license may not be transferred to other persons, including family members. The participant is prohibited from granting sublicenses, using the content of the online course commercially, copying, reselling or making it available to third parties without express consent. Duplication, distribution or other reproduction of the course or parts thereof is not permitted without written permission.
- Right of withdrawal: The participant has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the participant must inform me (by e-mail or in writing) by means of a clear statement of his decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- Expiration of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the participant has started streaming or downloading the course before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has expressly consented to this.
- Consequences of revocation: In the event of an effective revocation, all payments that I have received from the participant will be refunded immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I receive notification of the revocation of the contract. The same means of payment used by the participant for the original transaction will be used for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The participant will not incur any fees for the repayment.
- Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements (e.g., a stable internet connection and suitable devices) necessary to access the online course. Limitations due to technical issues on the participant’s side do not entitle them to claims for damages or extensions of access time.
- Server Outages and Accessibility Issues: In the event of server outages, temporary accessibility issues, or other technical access problems, no claims for damages will be accepted unless they result from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Changes or Updates: The provider reserves the right to update, modify, or remove the content of the online course for didactic or technical reasons. There is no entitlement to the unchanged availability of specific content.
- Duration of Use: Access to the online course is granted to participants for a period of [e.g., 12 months] from the date of contract conclusion. After this period, the license to use the course will automatically expire without requiring any termination notice.
- Intellectual Property: All content of the online course, including videos, PDFs, and other materials, is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or sharing constitutes a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.
- Refund Policy Outside of the Right of Withdrawal:Refunds after the withdrawal period has expired are only granted in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of the provider.
- Limitation of Liability: Liability for damages arising from the use of the online course is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is only accepted for breaches of essential contractual obligations, and then only for the typical, foreseeable damage.
